Solution Street pays annual bonuses based on the company's performance and the employee's individual performance. We conduct quarterly performance reviews to ensure employees are on track to meet their annual goals and achieve their target bonus.
Solution Street pays 100% of the dental premiums for its employees. We also pay 100% of healthcare premiums for those employees on the High Deductible Healthcare Plan (HDHP). Employees opting for the non-HDHP pay a minimal monthly premium. Family coverage is an additional cost to all employees.
