Are you looking for a great opportunity where you can showcase your skills and talents? We are seeking talented software engineers to join our Solution Street team! We are a company comprised of software developers and the partners of Solution Street are developers too! Our team is rapidly growing and now is the time to join us during this exciting adventure! We offer consulting services throughout the Northern Virginia\/Washington, DC area and our home office is located in Herndon, Virginia.<\/p>\n

We are seeking several talented JavaScript Front End Developers. Good candidates will have knowledge of leading edge web development methodologies and will excel in a collaborative Agile environment where they design and communicate conceptual solutions, collaborate and refine strategies, and incorporate best-practices utilizing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Experience with React or AngularJS is a huge plus. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u2022\tConsult with clients and other project team members to design solution components by utilizing an Agile based methodology
\n\u2022\tEngage in effective communication skills to report progress and emerging issues to end-client management and development team members.
\n\u2022\tWork with development team to maintain and enhance the product.
\n\u2022\tProvide high-level technical customer support.
\n\u2022\tContribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
\n\u2022\tWrite well designed, testable, efficient code.
\n\u2022\tEnsure designs are in compliance with specifications.
\n\u2022\tRecommend changes to improve established application processes.
\n\u2022\tPrepare and produce releases of software components.
\n\u2022\tDevelop and execute unit test plans.
\n\u2022\tSupport formal testing and resolve test defects.
\n\u2022\tImprove the software\u2019s efficiency and effectiveness<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u2022\tAt least 1 year of related working experience in software engineering, applications development, and\/or database design and development; experience with front end development
\n\u2022\tExcellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
\n\u2022\tComputer Science or related 4-year degree
\n\u2022\tSuccessful experiences that involve collaborating well with others in a cross functional team
\n\u2022\tHigh energy, confident, and ambitious individual
\n\u2022\tMust consistently perform at the highest levels in a dynamic and fast paced team<\/p>\n
