Java/AngularJS Developer

Job Description

Solution Street is hiring 2 Java Developers with JavaScript experience; preferably AngularJS. This position is located in downtown Washington, DC near Metro Center. The candidate should be experienced with full life cycle Java development.

Requirements

Development experience with Java and J2EE technologies
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies such as Hibernate
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Experience with Javascript frameworks such as AngularJS, Jquery, Bootstrap
Experience working in Agile environment
Great interpersonal skills
Write well designed, testable, clean, efficient code
Experience identifying business needs, defining, and building technical solutions

Responsibilities

Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Support formal testing and resolve test defects
Interact with client business team to gather business requirements
Design and develop requirements for new functionalities
Provides accurate estimates and time line for the client
Come up with solutions and be able to address any and all concerns directly with the client
